Ordering, Shipping, Returns, Exchanges

Ordering & Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit card payments as well as PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, or direct bank transfers. Please note your account will not be charged until your order actually ships. 


Items typically ship within 3-5 business days from New Jersey via First Class Mail or Priority Mail (depending on weight). 


If we have the item in stock, we will gladly do an exchange. However if we do not have the item in stock, then we will issue store credit. Please read Store Credit under the RETURN POLICY section below.

Return Policy

Returns/refunds will be given for ONLY damaged or defective items as long as claims are placed within 5 DAYS of item being received. After the 5 day period has ended, item can only be exchanged or store credit will be given. Please submit all claims to info@caviarnoirjewelry.com. An email will be sent verifying the claim was received and further instructions on shipment return and refund processing will be provided.

STORE CREDIT - Returns for online store credit will be processed free of charge, while returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, PayPal) will require a handling & processing fee of $7, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 

Online Store Credit

  • Online store credit can only be used online at our website, www.caviarnoirjewelry.com.
  • Online Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
  • Online Store Credit is to be treated like cash (US Dollars). It never expires.
